Our on-demand youth fitness program is comprised of activities, exercises and training practices that are appropriate for the development of youth and young adults!
Based on the idea of “physical literacy” - the knowledge, confidence and ability to perform important human movements - each class highlights 6 exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize areas of the body that are important for proper growth and development - the shoulders, core and hips.
