About the Workout

Each side of the body will get an equal amount of love in this one - primarily to even out any strength imbalances and help overcome any movement obstacles you may be facing. Being 'even keeled' means that ideally the body will eventually get to point where both sides can handle an equal amount of resistance. You WILL get there - and unilateral work is the key!
