About the Workout

This workout is designed to light up your posterior chain - virtually the entire back of your body. These muscles are often neglected for 2 reasons: people don't understand them, and they can't see them in the mirror. This class will explain the reason why the back of your body is so important, and how you can work to strengthen it!
