About the Workout

Each side of the body will get an equal amount of love in this one - primarily to even out any strength imbalances and help overcome any movement obstacles you may be facing. When we say 50-50, ideally the body will eventually get to point where both sides can handle an equal amount of resistance. You WILL get there - and unilateral work is the key!
