Triple Double

About the Workout

Probably not as tough as the NBA version of the triple-double - but still a great challenge! This bodyweight based endurance workout has two parts, with three exercises each. All you need is a chair or bench to modify a couple of those movements. Believe me when I say you'll thank me later!
