How long do I have to commit to MAC Fitness?
No commitment! A monthly fee will get you a month of workouts. If you do them consistently and like what you see, stick around. There is plenty more where that came from!
Can I cancel anytime?
How often do I need to work out? How often will new content be uploaded?
We recommend three workouts per week - which is why we upload three of them every week. If you feel like you can handle a little more, there is plenty of good stuff in the members portal to try out!
How does the 7 day free trial work?
Each membership automatically includes a free week! After 7 days, your paid subscription will begin and your membership will automatically renew every month.
Do I need to use equipment?
You don't need equipment, but a few things will make a BIG difference. Check out our "Recommended Gear" section to learn more about the equipment we use in our Strength program.
If I choose to use more equipment, what do you recommend?
